Year 4 is coming home!

After the most amazing 3 days we are on our way back home. We are so incredibly proud of the Year 4 children who have represented CCS at such a high standard. Every minute has been a joy and many happy memories have been made. See you in a few hours!

Our final day

We’ve had a very busy morning starting of course with a bit breakfast and some serious tidying up! We then packed our bags and boarded the coach into the town centre. We had a fabulous time learning all about York’s chocolate history. Tasting and making lollies was a real highlight! After lunch we enjoyed walking along the wall and learning about it’s history.

Day2- Dinner

After a very busy day we were very hungry so gobbled up our pasta before Mrs Simmonds managed to get photos of us all! Apple crumble and custard was a welcomed pudding to end our meal. Now to don our onesies and watch a movie. Not sure all of us will be able to stay awake till the end!

Murton Park

We have had the most fabulous day in the sunshine learning about life as a Roman soldier. We experienced weapon training, clay pot making and writing amongst many other activities.

Good Morning- Day 2

Morning all. After a very restful sleep we tucked in to a delicious cooked breakfast to prepare us for our exciting day out to Murton Park.

Year 4 has definitely got talent!

A night of entertainment was a great way to end the day. We are incredibly impressed with the efforts put in by the participants. The ‘Greatest Showmen’ ended the show with a very spectacular performance enjoyed by all.
